For 10 days, people come from miles around to enjoy the festivities, watch the parades and dance until dawn

The city Elda & Petrer is a 20 minutes drive, it has a large Hospital with English speaking doctors, a huge range of bars and restaurants, indoor shopping centre, big international gym, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Cinema with English movies shown weekly, fast food outlets

The cost of living here remains low and you will appreciate the excellent standard of living offered by this area without it being on a tourist trail

However, having the large cities of Alicante and Elche, the Airport of Alicante and kilometres of golden sandy beaches within 55kms does mean that you can enjoy the best that the region has to offer whilst being immersed in real Spanish culture and traditions
