Isla Plana
Isla Plana itself is almost split into 3 distinct areas: El Limonar, Mojon Hills and the main village. El Limonar is predominantly detached villas in an elevated position with spectacular sea views and regarded as a very select residential area. Mojón Hills is an area that is cherished by people who seek tranquility and appreciate the stunning scenery that is offered from this elevated vantage point.
Properties here are mainly apartments and penthouses with many being in an elevated position with incredible sea views. The village itself is a pretty coastal fishing village. Here you will find a delightful Church, perched on a rocky outcrop above the lovely Isla Plana Bay. This focal point entices locals and visitors alike to the local Residents Association which runs a cafe offering tapas and drinks in a privileged position on the front of one of the charming little coves that make this place so magical. The village has a supermarket, shops, bank, Pharmacy and Medical Centre and several bars and excellent restaurants.
It also has a wonderful promenade leading to a sandy beach. This historically has been one of the favourite places to visit along this wonderful coastline and is known for its numerous pretty little coves and its stretch of golden sandy beach.
