Condado de Alhama
Condado de Alhama Golf Resort is probably the most complete holiday resort on the Costa Calida. Built in 2007-2009, over the last ten years it has become one of the Murcia region's most popular holiday destinations for families, couples, and keen golfers from all nationalities. The resort is very popular and well known for its secure 24/7 fully integrated security with patrolling security, vehicle and ID control at the access gates.
The resort is built around the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and designed like one large fabulous garden. All properties are either on Naranjos, Jardin or Penthouse and have views of the stunning communal gardens, pools and the Penthouse apartments have views across the golf course and all have access to over 20 communal swimming pools, children's play areas and the abundance of landscaped gardens, which blend in with the greenery of the golf course. The golf course is set out as an 18 hole par 72 course.
Opposite the main Condado entrance is La Isla, a fabulous array of apartments which overlook a beautiful man made lake and out to the mountains beyond.
The resort has a large commercial centre, the "Al Kasar", hosting a large supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salon, furniture shop, several bars and restaurants, the resort administrator, town hall offices, cash machine, and a tourist information center in the summer months.
Around at the Condado Club (on the Jardin section) you will find a second sports and leisure area, a gym, tennis and paddle courts, football pitches and basketball courts, a petanque/bowls field and a restaurant/bar, open year round. The Club House (on the Naranjos section) is open to all on the resort for a drink and a good meal overlooking the golf course.

Condado de Alhama is only a 25 minute drive to Puerto de Mazarrón with its abundance of bars, shops and restaurants and long, sandy blue flag beaches.
